Founder
Camron Cathcart is the founder of Cathcart Capital. He has completed more than 750 residential flips, owns over $20M in single-family real estate, and has partnered in a number of real estate–adjacent businesses.
Every one of those flips was funded by private lenders, and every lender has been repaid in full. To Camron, returning capital is non-negotiable.
In 2026 he brought that discipline to senior living, acquiring Wyndham Lakes in Jacksonville and College Manor in Maryland alongside his partners.
Camron co-hosts the A Better Life podcast with Brandon Turner, one of the top real estate podcasts. He and his wife, Lexi, split their time between St. Louis and Maui with their children.
